Skull & Root was created when the wheel of the year was deep in winter. Born from the need to regroup and ground, release and let go, Skull & Root takes the heat of Ginger and balances it with the herby lightness of skullcap, passionflower, and tulsi. This combination of herbs has been used to ease anxiety and relax the body. Ginger root has long been celebrated for its ability to aid in digestion.
