After sipping on so many “cold remedy” teas, Snowshoe was determined to create a blend that not only helped with respiratory issues, but also tasted good. Always follow your doctor’s instructions, but allow your plant friends to help you heal as well.
Description
Brewing:
1 – 3 tsp to 10 oz of boiling water. Be sure to take the time to breathe in the steam and let the aromas clear your sinuses.
Ingredients:
Licorice root, elderberries, eucalyptus, spearmint, lemon peel, lavender
