Created during the long days at the height of summer, when the last of the strawberries are fruiting, this tea can be served hot, but is best served iced. Add some fresh mint, lemons or strawberries for an extra kick of sunshine and happiness.

Recommendations
Brewing: 3 – 4 tsp per 10 oz of hot (boiling) water. Steep 10 minutes or longer. Refrigerate overnight, or add to ice.
Try adding fresh mint and/or strawberry slices to your glass. If you like your tea a little sweet, stir honey into your tea while it is still hot.
